The training programme for graduates with an accountancy or finance-related degree is a minimum of three years.  During that time, they will undertake workplace training whilst studying for their Chartered or Certified accountancy exams, equivalent to a level 7 qualification. Graduates without a related degree will be considered but should expect a longer training period of between four to five years depending on their exemptions. A minimum degree level of 2.1 is required.

Apprenticeships - AAT

Our apprenticeship scheme is open to those who have already achieved a minimum of 5 GCSEs, 9-4/A*-C in English and maths, and will have, or expect to have, 2 A Levels grade A - C.  Apprentices will study for the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) exams.  This typically takes two to three years to complete after which there can be the opportunity to study for the Chartered (ACA) or Certified (ACCA) accountancy exams.

Non-accounting roles

As with any business our administrative team play an important role. If you have experience of working in a busy office or are studying for a business and admin qualification, or have previously worked for a professional services or accounting firm, then we would love to hear from you.
